New Fertility provides a full spectrum of fertility services for surrogates, new parents, and egg donors. Our packages are uniquely designed to assist you through every step of your journey.
Your emotional and physical support is our priority, and we strive to provide you with all the resources you will need as you embark on the journey to becoming parents.
To provide you with a fully-integrated experience and continuous care, New Fertility provides full-service fertility services in-house. Our services are provided by our own team, never outsourced.
We begin with a thorough consultation to determine the reasons why intended parents have not been able to conceive, then we coordinate testing with our IVF clinic.
A detailed and personalized treatment plan will be developed based on test results and according to your specific needs.
New Fertility will arrange travel details for intended parents who require travel to the US for IVF treatment.
As necessary, we will coordinate any 3rd party assistance from egg donors or surrogates.
We will be there for intended parents every step of the way, from assisting with matching surrogates and egg donors, to providing support through delivery and the return home with their new baby.
One cycle of in vitro fertilization typically takes 16-18 days to complete testing, ovarian stimulation, egg & sperm collection, fertilization, and embryo transfer.
Several medications will be administered throughout the treatment process:
At the beginning of the IVF process, synthetic hormones are administered daily for the ovaries to produce more eggs.
34-36 hours after the final HCG injection, egg collection will be performed. For the egg retrieval procedure, which takes approximately 20 minutes, you will be administered sedation, and the mature eggs will be collected by ultrasound-guided aspiration.
Your partner will provide sperm on the same day as the egg collection. If there is no sperm sample provided, surgical sperm retrieval methods are available. If you will be using donor sperm, all arrangements will be made in advance.
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection, ISCI, is a medical procedure that assists fertilization by injecting a healthy sperm directly into each egg. ISCI was originally used in cases with individuals with low sperm count. As it is the most effective method of fertilization in IVF cycles, ISCI is used in the majority of IVF cases.
After fertilization has taken place, the embryos are placed into the woman’s uterus by inserting a catheter with embryos into the woman’s womb. A blood test will be performed two weeks after the embryo transfer to check for pregnancy.
New Fertility is unique because we are truly a full-service fertility healthcare solution. We do not outsource our solutions, but rather offer you the full package.
Here is an overview of the process:
The first step is to determine the reason intended parents have been unable to conceive. Our IVF clinic will consult with the parents and coordinate testing.
The egg donor will take the first three steps above on behalf of the intended mother to provide the egg.
If the intended parents will be using a surrogate mother, the embryo will be transferred to the surrogate mother’s womb.
The egg donation and surrogacy processes will also involve attorneys to prepare contracts and pre-birth orders. Once the baby is born, the baby will need traveling documents, DNA tests, and authorized birth certificates to go back to China and get registered. Our team will assist with all of the details, and care for the surrogate mother when the intended parents are not present.
